Back to School Already? No Way! AND A FREEBIE!

Who's already thinking about back to school? I know, I know. We just left! But a teacher's brain never slows down. (At least, mine doesn't anyway.) That's why I'm sharing resources with you already, cause planning is in our blood!

First up, to start your never ending planning, I've uploaded two Life Binders, aka lesson planners, to my TpT store. I love these because you can print what you need and hold onto the rest for later. Print it all and bind it or print as you go and save some ink. Your choice!

Each set includes lesson plan templates (in 4 color choices and styles), a student information section, an events section, and student information section. Click on any of the pictures above to take you to the store.

When you're setting up your classroom, I have a few goodies for you as well. One of my FAVORITE ways to practice sight words is the class Word-a-pillar. At the beginning of the year, we start with just the head and new words each week. We add a new word to the word-a-pillar each time we introduce one in class.

You can get a printable version by clicking here or on the picture below.

A great way to practice math skills during calendar is with ten frames. Use these ten frames to count the days in school, practice counting by tens and ones, and practice place value. There are 8 color choices and each set goes to 200 plus a blank page of ten frames. And it's FREE! Click on any of the pictures below to go straight to the store.

And don't forget about those beginning of the year assessments! This is the simplest beginning of kindergarten set ever. Everything you need to see where your incoming kinders are at academically is all in this cute resource.

Check their letter and sound knowledge, counting skills, one-to-one correspondence, color and shape knowledge, print awareness, and more.

Get them reading and writing those color words, too, with this easy-peasy color words write the room. Click on any of the pictures below to go to the store.

Whew! That's a lot. But I love being prepared, don't you? Check in tomorrow for Tell All Tuesday and have a great day!
